1. Advisory Only. QMS.Coach, LLC provides consulting and educational services only. We are not a law firm, and we do not serve as your "Management Representative" or "Person Responsible for Regulatory Compliance" (PRRC). You retain full responsibility for all regulatory submissions and decisions.

2. AI Tools. Our AI-driven tools are designed to assist, not replace, human judgment. You agree to review and validate all AI-generated outputs before implementing them in your Quality Management System.

3. Intellectual Property. All methodologies, templates, and software provided by QMS.Coach remain the property of QMS.Coach, LLC or its licensors (KoalaT.ai, LLC). You are granted a license to use these materials solely for your internal business purposes.
